Construction of support wall on Liapades main road completed

CORFU. Maintenance work on the road in Alkinou Street is continuing.
The Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands Municipal Technical Services announced that the road surfacing work on Kyprou St. has been completed and the road maintenance work in Alkinou St. is continuing.
At the same time, the first repair and maintenance work of the road network was completed with the construction of a support wall on the Liapades main road leading to the beach.
It is worth noting that wherever road surfacing work had been carried out, work on pedestrian crossings and lifting of drain covers will follow.
In order to minimise the inconvenience and for the safer use of the road, citizens are requested to follow the instructions provided by the signs placed where works are being carried out.
