Road waterlogged in Solari due to burst pipe

CORFU. Traffic congestion in Solari on Tuesday morning due to a burst main water pipe.
A jet of water from a burst main pipe in Solari near Sklavenitis supermarket and Kotsovolos has created a problem with traffic this morning.
The problem was caused by the burst F500 main pipe from Kontokali to Corfu Town. Water supply has been cut off in the Solari and Potamos area.
The side of the road going towards town has been temporarily closed and traffic is being diverted to Eth. Antistaseos at the Alykes junction. Traffic police and DEYAK vehicles are at the scene.

DEYAK crews are working to repair the damage and it is expected that the work will be completed by the afternoon.
