Large fines are being imposed on businesses for violations of Covid measures. Between Thursday night, 5 November, and early Friday morning a restaurant was fined €10,000 and closed for two weeks for serving a customer without the necessary certificate - the customer was also fined €300.
During the same period, €300 fines were imposed for employees and customers not wearing masks and other violations as follows: 15 in Corfu, 8 in Lefkada and 1 in Cephalonia.
