Donation of inflatable dinghy to Corfu Fire Department Employees Union

CORFU. The dinghy was donated by Panayiotis Varouchas and equipment by Nikos Padovas.
Letter of thanks from Corfu Fire Department Employees Union:
Following the recent severe flooding on the island and the difficult circumstances under which our service had to work in order to rescue people and animals, Central Corfu Deputy Mayor for Tourism Panayiotis Varouchas, who was constantly present during the efforts of the Fire Department and other volunteers in Potamos with the aid of small inflatable dinghies, has donated a small inflatable dinghy to Corfu Fire Department Employees Union.
Nikolaos Padovas (Marine Equipment and Boats) also donated equipment for the dinghy.
Our Union would like to thank the Deputy Mayor and Mr. Padovas and will ensure that the dinghy will be immediately available to Corfu Fire Department to provide whatever services are needed.
