Donation of TV and tablet to Elderly Care Home and Orphanage
CORFU. Both institutions gave warm thanks.
A meaningful act of community support took place with the donation of a television and a tablet for the residents of the Corfu Care Home for the Elderly and Orphanage, offering them new opportunities for entertainment, staying informed, and keeping in touch with others.
The initiative was made possible through the collaboration of the Corfu Regional Association of People with Special Needs and Electronet Mesimeri Bros, demonstrating their commitment to supporting vulnerable members of our community.
The donation was received by Care Home Director Eleni Anemogianni, in the presence of Municipal Council President Fondas Alamanos, representing the Mayor. Members of the Board of the Corfu Association of People with Special Needs—Giorgos Spanos, Alexandros Kapodistrias, and Maria Bouzi—were also present.
The President and Board of the Institutions warmly thank the donors for their compassion and social responsibility.
