                                                    CORFU. Ionian Islands police are continuing their checks to ensure the Covid measures are being adhered to.
                                A Corfu catering establishment was fined €10,000 early on Wednesday morning, 4 August, and the business closed for 2 weeks for serving standing customers.
On Tuesday 3rd and early on Wednesday morning 7 employees and customers in Corfu and 4 in Lefkada were fined €300 each for not wearing masks.A tourist shop in Corfu was also fined €300 for exceeding the limit on the number of customers allowed.
