CORFU. The quarantine hotel has 84 rooms, which filled up in the space of a few days.
Deputy Regional Governor Kostas Zorbas told Enimerosi that the situation at the quarantine hotel is expected to improve this week.
He said that the hotel has been almost full up to now but in the coming week large groups of tourists - positive cases and close contacts - will be departing at the end of their quarantine period.
The quarantine hotel has 84 rooms, which recently filled up in the space of a few days, and even when some rooms emptied they were quickly filled again with new tourists.
