CORFU. Fire broke out in Gavrades at around 15:30 on Sunday 4 July.
A team from Thinalia Fire Department went to the wooded area along with a PZL firefighting plane.
Although the fire was relatively close to a residential area, the firefighters have been able to get it under partial control.
