Fines totalling €7,000 for Corfu restaurant-bar

                                                    CORFU. Steep fines were issued in Corfu on Sunday for violations of Covid measures.
                                The owner of a restaurant-bar in Corfu was fined €5,000 and €2,000 for not maintaining proper distancing between customers and playing music.
In another case in Cephalonia on Saturday 5th a cafe-bar was fined €3,000 for not observing proper opening hours.
Other fines
Over the weekend 5-6 June fines of €300 were issued for not wearing masks as follows: 27 in Corfu, 4 in Zakybthos, 3 in Cephalonia and 1 in Lefkada.
Over the same weekend fines of €300 were also issued for movement violations as follows: 10 in Corfu and 1 in Lefkada.
