33 fines in Corfu and Paxos on Monday and Tuesday

CORFU. A total of 33 fines were issued in Corfu and Paxos and another 30 in the other Ionian Islands on Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 April.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On 26 and 27 April fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 2 people in Zakynthos and 2 in Cephalonia.
€300 fines were also issued for lockdown violations as follows: 32 in Corfu, 11 in Zakynthos, 8 in Lefkada and 7 in Cephalonia.
A fine of €150 was also issued in Paxos for having more than the allowed number of passengers in a vehicle.
