CORFU. A total of 41 fines were issued in Corfu and another 17 in the other Ionian Islands on Wednesday 31 March.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On 31 March fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 13 people in Corfu and 2 in Lefkada.
€300 fines were also issued for lockdown violations as follows: 28 in Corfu, 7 in Zakynthos, 4 in Cephalonia and 4 in Lefkada.
