ATHENS. Lessons will be conducted online.
Civil Protection Deputy Minister Nikos Hardalias announced that, following the recommendation of the committee of experts, all schools throughout Greece will be closing.
Nikos Hardalias said that the government accepted the recommendation from the infectious diseases experts.
"Despite the increased measures, new coronavirus infections are increasing in large cities and densely populated areas and consequently the committee of experts recommended online lessons for all education levels," said Paediatrician and Infectious Diseases Professor Vana Papaevaggelou, who is a member of the committee.
