Second vaccination shots on Diapontia Islands next Wednesday

CORFU. The innoculations will be administered on all three islands in one day.
Central Corfu & Diapontia Islands Municipality announced that the second vaccination shots will be administered on Wednesday 17 March on the Diapontia Islands Erikoussa, Othoni and Mathraki.
All three islands will be covered on the same day and the Municipality has arranged for all the necessary personnel.
The 6th Health Region Director Yiannis Karvelis and Mayor Meropi Ydraiou said that the process of obtaining the vaccines and transporting them to the islands has been arranged. Thus, with the collaboration of the hospital Covid team and Hospital Director Leonidas Roubatis, all the residents on the three islands will receive their second shots this coming Wednesday.
The Mayor has asked the responsible Deputy Mayors to give whatever assistance is necessary so that the procedure can go smoothly and successfully.
