Roadworks at danger spots in Troumpeta and Arillas

CORFU. The Regional Authority has been carrying out work to repair damage at spots that are a danger to drivers and pedestrians.
In the Troumpeta area on the road to Kastellanous Giro after the quarry junction there was subsidence at the side of the road. Foundations were laid and a wall built.
Also in the same area there was a danger due to the ditches being blocked. These were cleared and the ditches widened.
In Arillas the pipeline had cracked open and ceated a denger for drivers and pedestrians. The sewage pipes were replaced.
