Vaccination certificates available from today - what you need to do to get it

ATHENS. The certificate is issued after the final vaccination shot depending on the vaccine type.
The Minister for Digital Governance Kyriakos Pierakakis announced on SKAI 100.3 radio that those who have completed both shots of their Covid vaccination will be able to get their digital vaccination certificate from today Friday 19 February.
The certificate is issued on the gov.gr platform.
The certificate is issued after the final vaccination shot depending on the vaccine type. The information comes from the e-Government Centre for Social Security vaccination register and the certificate is produced by the National Network of Infrastructers for Research and Technology.
To now a large proportion of health workers, senior citizens and vulnerable groups have been vaccinated.
To be issued with a vaccination certificate the following are required:
- Taxisnet codes (verification of data via Taxisnet is required)
- AMKA
The certificate has a unique verification code and an enhanced digital stamp. You can send it electronically or print it out and submit it to public services.
