39 fines in Corfu on Tuesday

CORFU. A total of 39 fines were issued in Corfu and another 22 in the other Ionian Islands on Tuesday 29 December.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On 29 December fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 10 people in Corfu, 5 in Lefkada, 3 in Cephalonia and 1 in Zakynthos.
€300 fines were also issued for lockdown violations as follows: 27 in Corfu, 6 in Zakynthos, 3 in Lefkada and 3 in Cephalonia.
There were also 2 violations in Corfu and 1 in Zakynthos regarding the number of people allowed in cars with fines of €150 being imposed.
