32 fines in Corfu on Tuesday

CORFU. A total of 32 fines were issued in Corfu and another 23 in the other Ionian Islands on Tuesday 22 December.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On 22 December fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 15 people in Corfu, 3 in Zakynthos, 2 in Lefkada and 1 in Cephalonia.
€300 fines were also issued for lockdown violations as follows: 16 in Corfu, 7 in Lefkada, 5 in Zakynthos and 4 in Cephalonia.
There was also 1 violation in Corfu regarding the number of people allowed in cars with a fine of €300 being imposed.
