21 fines in Corfu on Tuesday

CORFU. A total of 21 fines were issued in Corfu and another 22 in the other Ionian Islands on Tuesday 8 December.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On 8 December fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 9 people in Corfu, 5 in Zakyntho, 4 in Lefkada and 2 in Cephalonia.
€300 fines were also issued for movement violations as follows: 11 in Corfu, 6 in Zakynthos, 3 in Lefkada and 2 in Cephalonia.
There was also 1 violation in Corfu regarding the number of people allowed in cars with a fine of €150 being imposed.
