CORFU. A total of 18 fines were issued in Corfu and another 17 in the other Ionian Islands on Monday 7 December.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On Monday 7 December fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 10 people in Corfu, 1 in Zakynthos and 1 in Cephalonia.
€300 fines were also issued for movement violations as follows: 9 in Zakynthos, 8 in Corfu, 3 in Cephalonia and 3 in Lefkada.
