CORFU. A total of 55 fines were issued in the Ionian Islands on Wednesday 25 November.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On Wednesday 25 November fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 11 people in Corfu, 5 in Zakynthos, 5 in Lefkada and 3 in Cephalonia.
On the same day €300 fines were issued for movement violations as follows: 14 in Corfu, 12 in Zakynthos, 4 in Cephalonia and 1 in Lefkada.
