CORFU. A total of 50 fines were issued in the Ionian Islands on Friday 20 November.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On Friday 20 November fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 11 people in Corfu and 3 in Lefkada.
On the same day €300 fines were issued for movement violations as follows: 11 in Zakynthos, 8 in Corfu, 6 in Cephalonia and 2 in Lefkada.
There were also 9 violations in Corfu regarding the number of people allowed in cars, with fines of €150 being imposed.
