Nurses from Corfu Hospital volunteer to help AHEPA Hospital in Thessaloniki

CORFU. Three ICU nurses, two female and one male, volunteered to go and help in Thessaloniki.
Corfu Hospital is offering help to the National Health System in Northern Greece. The Corfu Hospital Director said that it was a voluntary initiative from nurses to go and assist the AHEPA Hospital in Thessaloniki, which is under tremendous pressure.
"On account of the difficult situation in Thessaloniki hospitals due to Covid-19, three ICU nurses volunteered to go and help their thessaloniki colleagues in their efforts.
The nurses themselves said that it goes without saying that this kind of assistance should be given at such a critical time for the health system in Thessaloniki. All health workers need to help their colleagues in battle they are giving."
