Another 41 fines in Corfu on Sunday for mask and lockdown violations

CORFU. A total of 62 fines were issued in the Ionian Islands on Sunday 8 November.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On Sunday 8th fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 17 people in Corfu, 4 in Zakynthos, 3 in Lefkada and 1 in Cephalonia.
In addition, €300 fines were issued for lockdown violations as follows: 24 in Corfu, 4 in Zakynthos and 4 in Lefkada.
