CORFU. School pupils and teachers were on the streets again today demanding better health conditions in schools during the pandemic.
Pupils and teachers held another protest demonstration today, Thursday 1 October, led by the teachers' union ELME, demanding better health conditions in schools.
The demonstration set off from the High Schools and passed through San Rocco Square and Evg. Voulgareos St.
The main demands of the protesters are fewer pupils per class, more cleaners in order to adhere to the EODY health protocols and the recruitment of more teachers.
