3rd Year class at Corfu 5th Junior High closed due to coronavirus case

CORFU. One of the classes in the 3rd year of Corfu 5th Junior High School has been temporarily suspended.
The Ministry of Education announced on Sunday night that the class will remain suspended from Monday 21/9 until 30/9.
The decision was taken due to a coronavirus case in agreement with the Ionian Islands Regional Director of Secondary Education and Director of Public Health.
According to the protocol for handling coronavirus cases, if there is just one case,only the class involved is suspended at the school. Contact tracing is also conducted.
