44 fines in Corfu in less than 3 days for not wearing masks

CORFU. Between Tuesday 1st and early on Thursday 3rd 44 people in Corfu were fined 150 Euros each for not wearing masks - 2 businesses temporarily closed in Zakynthos.
Between Tuesday 1st and Thursday 3rd September Corfu police fined 44 people €150 each for not wearing masks.
During the same period 11 people were fined in Zakynthos, where there were also violations at two catering establishments.
Early on Thursday morning (3/9) the owner of a catering establishment was arrested for staying open after midnight. He was fined €10,000 and the business closed for three days.
On Tuesday 1st a person temporarily in charge of another catering establishment was arrested for exceeding the allowed number of customers per square metre. He was fined €10,000 and the business closed for two weeks.
The charges brought against the two arrested persons will be passed on to the Zakynthos Prosecutor.
