TUI UK ready to resume holidays abroad from 11 July

LONDON. TUI UK is ready to re-start summer holidays when the Government travel advice changes.
The travel company has announced that it is ready to restart holidays again to Greece, the Balearics and the Canaries from three UK airports from 11th July.
In its announcement yesterday the company said that in phase one of the planned restart, from 11-24 July, up to 8,300 holidaymakers could travel on up to 44 flights per week to Corfu, Crete, Kos, Rhodes, Ibiza, Palma, Lanzarote and Tenerife. The tour operator plans to add more flights and destinations by the end of July to offer a total of 19 destinations from five UK airports.
The destinations available are in Spain and Greece with flights departing from TUI's three main airports Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham.
The new TUI Holiday Promise includes five commitments to ensure customers can have a safe holiday, including quarantine-free holidays and 24-hour support.

New health and safety measures include online check-in, extra cleaning and disinfecting of aircraft, mandatory face masks on board and social distancing at hotels.
