New coronavirus cases in Greece - daily updates to begin again

ATHENS. There have been 97 new cases since the last update (Thursday 4 June). 30 of these were travellers from abroad and 29 followed an organised mass check-up in Xanthi.
The total number of cases is now 3,049, of which 55.2% are males. 690 (22.6%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,735 (56.9%) are from contacts with known cases.
10 patients are intubated. Their average age is 75 and 4 (40%) of them are females. 80% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 115 have now been discharged from ICUs.
There have been 2 deaths since the previous update, taking the total to 182. 55 (30.2%) were females and the average age was 76. 95.6% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
