Coronavirus figures remain low in Greece

ATHENS. There were no deaths from coronavirus in Greece today and 10 new cases, taking the total to 2,642. 35 patients remain intubated.
Prof. Tsiodras talked about the rate of testing primarily amongst the vulnerable groups and health workers.
It is expected that the results will reveal a larger number of cases from 'hidden' social areas with asymptomatic people or those with mild symptoms.
He referred to a recent discovery in France that there were coronavirus symptoms in December - much earlier than people believed theoutbreak had begun.
Prof. Tsiodras also talked about the progressin the USA towards finding a vaccine using a method creating protein which resembles the virus and deceives the human organism into producing antibodies against coronavirus.
