Condition of Corfu patients continues to improve - all samples test negative

IOANNINA. Update for Wednesday 15 April from Ioannina University General Hospital.
Three coronavirus patients continue to be hospitalised in the negative pressure room in the Infectious Diseases Unit.
- The first came from Corfu General Hospital and his condition is improving in a very satisfactory way.
- The second is the widow of the patient from Corfu who died. Her condition is improving steadily.
- The third is a young man from Ioannina without symptoms whose health is in very good condition and will be discharged today.
One coronavirus patient from Ioannina continues to be hospitalised in the Step Down Unit. He is intubated and has shown steady improvement.
An older patient from Arta is hospitalised in the ICU - his condition is stable.
The Ioannina University Lab tested 51 new samples yesterday, 8 from Lefkada General Hospital and the remainder from Epirus. All tested negative.
