Steady improvement in condition of Corfu patients in Ioannina

IOANNINA. According to today΄s (Sunday 12/4) update from Epirus Region, the condition of the 62-year-old and the 68-year-old widow of Mr. Stasinos has improved - Samples sent from Corfu test negative.
The condition of the first Corfu coronavirus case continues to improve steadily. The 62-year-old is hospitalised in the Infectious Diseases Unit at Ioannina University Hospital.
The condition of the 68-year-old widow of Vaggelis Stasinos is also stable. She too is hospitalised in the Infectious Diseases Unit.
This was the latest news in the daily Epirus Regional Administration update.
The Ioannina University Lab tested 30 samples. 4 of these were from Corfu General Hospital and all tested negative. The other 26 were from Epirus hospitals, one of which tested positive - a 30-year-old man from Ioannina who has been admitted to the Infectious Diseases Unit at the hospital.
The condition of the 68-year-old widow of Vaggelis Stasinos is also stable. She too is hospitalised in the Infectious Diseases Unit.
