Improvement in condition of both Corfu patients in Ioannina

IOANNINA. Daily update from Ioannina University Hospital for Thursday 9 April.
Ioannina University General Hospital
1. One coronavirus patient from Ioannina continues to be hospitalised in the Step Down Unit. He is intubated and has shown improvement.
2. An older patient from Arta was transferred to the ICU today as his condition has improved steadily.
3. Three coronavirus patients continue to be hospitalised in the negative pressure room in the Infectious Diseases Unit.
- The first came from Corfu General Hospital and his condition has improved.
- The second is from Preveza. His condition is stable.
- The third is the widow of the patient from Corfu who died. Her condition has improved.
4. The Ioannina University Lab tested 46 new samples yesterday, Wednesday. 33 were from Epirus hospitals and were negative. The other 13 were sent from Corfu General Hospital and were all negative.
