ATHENS. From today there is a new Helpline 1572 for consumers, tourists, tourist professionals and employees wanting information regarding issues arising from the coronavirus pandemic.
There is now a special tourism helpline. Consumers, tourists, tourist professionals and employees wanting information regarding issues arising from the coronavirus pandemic can call 1572.
The helpline will operate Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. An experienced team from the Ministry of Tourism will be answering questions, according to the Minister of Tourism Haris Theoharis. "The aim is to provide ongoing updates and support for the tourist market and, on a second level, to allow tourists visiting Greece to get information about any issues that come up during their stay in Greece."
