ATHENS. Number of deaths from coronavirus in Greece continues to increase.
Professor Sotiris Tsiodras from the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday evening that the number of deaths from coronavirus in Greece is now 20. There have been 48 new confirmed cases in the last 24 hours taking the total to 743.
There are 134 hospitalised patients, 60% of whom are male.
Of the 134, 45 are tubed in Intensive Care Units and the average age is 69. All of them have other underlying health problems.
The average age of the 20 who lost their lives was 75.
