CORFU. The Corfu Fridays for Future (fff) initiative is organising a clean-up of Contra Fossa on Sunday 22 December at 11:00.
The group of school pupils, which was created to take action against the climate change phenomenon, announced that they have decided to organise this clean-up because of the intolerable waste situation in Corfu.
The group's statement:
"Because of the unbearable situation with the rubbish in Corfu every summer Fridays for Future has decided to do what they can. On Sunday 22 December we are coming together at Contra Fossa (under the Old Fortress bridge) to clean up the area.
Come and join us at 11:00."
