CORFU. Water supply cuts in town centre due to works being carried out in Scholemvourgou St. (1st Primary School /New Fortress).
Before the roads are resurfaced, sections of outdated water pipes are being replaced in order to avoid digging up the new road surfaces.
According to DEYAK President Kostas Alamanos, the work is expected to last for another two days. Scholemvourgou, Stam. Desylla, Evg. Voulgareos, Ger. Markora and the surrounding areas can expect a short water supply cut on Wednesday morning.
