DEYAK - Favourable terms for payment of debts in installments

Debts incurred up to 16 July can be included in the arrangement and applications can be submitted to DEYAK up to 16 September.

Payments will be exempt - up to 100% in some cases - from surcharges and fines.

1. Full payment - 100% exemption.
2. 2 - 24 installments - 80% exemption
3. 25 - 48 installments - 70%
4. 49 - 72 installments - 60% exemption
5. 73 - 100 installments - 50% exemption

Payment will be in equal monthly installments of not less than 20 Euros (apart from the final installment.

Those who are already paying installments can also take advantage of these new terms.

Along with the debt installments the ongoing bills must also be paid.

If 3 consecutive monthly installments are unpaid then the agreement is automatically cancelled.
