CORFU. ΄Mantzaros΄ Philharmonic Society Youth Band will be putting on its traditional annual summer concert on Wednesday 17 July.
The concert will take place in the Colonnade of the Palace of St. Michael and St. George at 21:15 and will include a variety of well-known classical, Greek and modern works.
Soloist Yiannis Barzoukas will play classical music arrangements on electric guitar and Panayiotis Kiriazidis will play Pontian dance music on the Pontian lyre as a tribute to the 100th anniversary of the Pontian genocide.
