Lazarus Carols in Old Town Hall Square

CORFU. There was a celebratory atmosphere in Old Town Hall Square on Saturday morning with Lazarus Carols.
The Lazarus Carols, organised by the Corfu Expressions Organisation, are a traditional part of Easter Week.
The following children's choirs took part: Corfu Choir, Kinopiastes Agia Eleousa Parish Choir, Corfu Philharmonic Society and the Valanio and Avliotes Choirs.
The Mayor of Corfu Kostas Nikolouzos wished the children and everyone else a Happy Easter and said that the Lazarus Carols are one of his favourite traditions which he always finds very moving.
