Conducted by Alkis Baltas, the orchestra will pay tribute to Ioannis Capodistrias and his work in an original way - the works to be played will coincide with significant years in the life and work of the Corfu politician. Works by Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Glinka and Mantzaros weave a special musical web in which the known music-lover Capodistrias plays the central role.
The Corfu patrician, the music and the events will also be highlighted with narratives in Greek and English during the concert.
