Zurich honours Corfu poet Iasonas Depountis

ZURICH. Five events are being organized this year in the Swiss city this year on the 10th anniversary of the Corfu poet΄s death.
Iasonas Depountis, who divided the last decades of his life between Athens, Zurich and Corfu, died on 21 June, 2008 in Switzerland.
The anniversary events are being co-organized with the Swiss Federation of Greek Associations and Communities, Zurich Greek community, Zurich Greek Library, 'Akrotheama' cultural group and 'Terrasse Ensemble' theatre group. Amongst those participating are Sophia Aliferaki, Dimitris Depountis, Stavros Ekoutzoglou, Dagny Gioulami, Irina Kastrinidi, Spyros Koulouris, Maria Stergiou and Anna Tsihli-Boissonnas.
