CORFU. Strong downpour in North Corfu on Tuesday morning.
Sidari, where the tourist season has already started, has had drainage problems for years leading to flooding whenever there is a downpour.

The rain kept tourists away from the beaches and they went into Corfu Town. This led to roads being jammed in town with the heavy traffic - and a nightmare for drivers. The main roads and the square were also full of coaches.
