Motorcyclist loses his leg in road accident on Easter Saturday

CORFU. Serious road accident on Easter Saturday evening.
The accident happened at 8km Eth. Pelekas Rd when the 57-year-old motorcyclist crashed into a car driven by a 28-year-old woman. The motorcyclist was seriously injured and immediately taken to Corfu General Hospital, where his leg had to be amputated.
An investigation is being conducted into the cause of the accident.
