CORFU. A 5.1 Richter earthquake shook Albania on Thursday afternoon.
The earthquake happened at 12.46pm Greek time. According to the first estimates from the Geodynamic Institute at the National Observatory of Athens, the epicentre was 164km north of Tirana and had a depth of 10km.
The earthquake was felt in Epirus and Macedonia, but there have been no reports of injuries or damage.
