Tenders now being accepted for the ferry network between Ionian Islands

Tenders are now being accepted for the new ferry network that will connect the Ionian Islands.
The Marine Minister, Panagiotis Kouroublis, announced the new network at the Regional Development Conference which was held recently in Corfu. The ports to be included in the network are Corfu, Paxos, Lefkada, Ithaki, Cephalonia and Zakynthos.
During the summer period, the services will operate three times a week. The ferry boats to be used are expected to have a capacity of at least 90 passengers in the winter and at least 170 in the summer.
