Car overturns on Eth. Paleokastritsa Rd.

CORFU. The driver of the car which flipped upside down emerged shocked but safe and sound.
The accident happened just before 6 o’clock on Tuesday evening for, as yet, unknown reasons. At the 11th km of Eth. Paleokastritsa Rd. (near Sgombou) the car deviated from its lane, according to eyewitnesses, hit the safety barrier and overturned.
Passers-by helped to get the driver out of the car. Although she didn’t have any obvious injuries, she was taken by ambulance to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
