Belgrade 14th Junior High School visits Corfu Music School
CORFU. An educational and cultural meeting within the framework of Greek–Serbian relations.
On Monday, April 27, the Belgrade 14th unior High School visited the Corfu Music School, marking the culmination of the active and ongoing cooperation between the two educational institutions. This initiative formed part of the broader framework of Greek–Serbian relations, using culture as a means of fostering connection and mutual understanding.
The collaboration between the two schools is based on the shared belief that art and music are the ideal bridge for communication among young people. During the course of their cooperation:
Joint Performances: School music ensembles from both countries gave joint performances, strengthening their bonds through musical creation.

Cultural Exchange: The pupils from Belgrade were introduced to the musical tradition of Corfu, while the Corfu Music School reciprocated with performances in Serbia, such as the recent concerts of the Symphonic Mandolin Orchestra in Novi Sad in February 2026.
These activities were designed with the aim of achieving specific educational and social objectives:
Strengthening Historical Ties: Further deepening the relations between the two countries.
Introduction to Heritage: Familiarising young people with the shared historical heritage of the Balkans.
Educational Exchange: Interaction and exchange of modern teaching methods between the two schools.
The completion of the visit confirmed the importance of outward-looking engagement and artistic collaboration in the educational process.
