CORFU. The new kitchen will provide a modern and safe space where students with special educational needs can develop practical cooking and self-care skills.

(AHEPA) AHEPA Corfu, committed to supporting education and vulnerable groups, has responded to a request from the Corfu Special Education and Training School Workshops (EEEKK) for a complete kitchen renovation. The school is located in the Tsarou area on the Corfu-Lefkimmi Road.

This donation significantly upgrades the school’s facilities, creating a modern and safe space where students with special educational needs can develop practical cooking and self-care skills.

The Board of Directors and members of AHEPA Corfu extend their gratitude to Corfu Doors and its owners, the Diavatis Brothers, for their vital contribution. The School Director, Harilaos Lavranos, expressed his sincere thanks for AHEPA Corfu’s swift response to the school’s needs. The new kitchen equipment will be fully integrated into laboratory lessons, helping students prepare for independent adult life.

AHEPA Corfu reaffirms its commitment to charitable and educational initiatives that support the local community, particularly young people, and encourages organisations and members of the public to join in fostering equality and opportunity.
