Multi-vehicle road accident in Tria Gefyria

There was a road accident at Tria Gefyria on Monday afternoon .

According to reports, a lorry, for reasons still unknown, crashed into the back of a car that was waiting for the traffic lights to turn green. From the impact, the car was hurled forward, collided with the vehicle in front of it, and was then flung onto the opposite side of the road.

Because of the pile-up, two people sustained minor injuries.

An ambulance immediately rushed to the scene and picked up the two injured individuals, who were taken to the hospital for the necessary examinations; their condition is not considered worrying.

The traffic police are investigating the causes.
