CORFU. The 3rd International Christian Culture Philanthropic Festival - ΄Russia-Greece through the centuries΄ is taking place in Corfu again this year from 9th to 11th August.

Thursday 9th
18:00 Palace of St. Michael & St. George - Visit to the exhibition 'Ioannis Capodistrias: First Governor of Greece'.
19:30 Ioannis Capodistrias Monument - Laying wreaths in memory of Ioannis Capodistrias. Concert in honour of Ioannis Capodistrias, the first Governor of Greece.
Friday 10th
07:30 Church of St. Spyridon - Service. Akathist Hymn to St. Spyridon. Prayer prior to the Festival Opening.
11:30 Old Town Hall - Opening of two exhibitions: Children's paintings 'The Righteous Russian Admiral Theodore Ushakov' and 'Seraphim' christening gowns.
18:00 Vidos Island Monument to Greeks and Russians who fell for their fathers' beliefs - Laying of wreaths.
19:30 Monument to Admiral Theodore Ushakov - Laying of wreaths. Concert in honour of Theodore Ushakov, the liberator of Corfu and the Ionian Islands.
Saturday 11th
07:30 Church of St. Spyridon - Service.
09:00 Spianada Square - Procession with the Holy Relics of St. Spyridon.
20:00 Lower Square - Philanthropic event: Masterclass ' Artistic Sweets'
22:00 Lower Square - Gala Concert for the International Christian Culture Philanthropic Festival - 'Russia-Greece through the centuries'
